4. What does this mean in detail regarding the provision of this website and the services available on it?

4.1   Provision of the website and creation of log files

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.

The following data is collected in this process:
(1) Information about the browser type and the version used
(2) The user's operating system
(3) The user's Internet service provider
(4) The user's IP address
(5) Date and time of access
(6) Websites from which the user's system reaches our website
(7) Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.
The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The storage in log files takes place to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context. These purposes represent our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

In the case of collecting data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

In the case of storing data in log files, this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that an assignment of the calling client is no longer possible.

The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is strictly necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.

4.2   Contact form and email contact

A contact form is available on our website, which can be used for electronic contact. If you make use of this option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored. This data includes: last name, first name, title, email, telephone, company, free text for messages.

At the time of registration, the following data is also stored:
(a) The user's IP address
(b) Date and time of registration

For the processing of your data, your consent is obtained during the sending process and reference is made to this privacy policy.
Alternatively, you can contact us via the email address provided. In this case, the personal data transmitted with your email will be stored. No disclosure of the data to third parties takes place in this context. The data will be used exclusively for processing the conversation.

The legal basis for the processing of the data, if your consent has been obtained, is Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.
The legal basis for processing data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR. If the email contact aims at the conclusion of a contract, an additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR.
The processing of personal data from the input mask serves solely to handle the contact request. In the case of contact via email, this also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data. The other personal data processed during the sending process serves to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by email, this is the case when the respective conversation with you as the user has ended. This is the case when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant matter has been conclusively resolved. The personal data additionally collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of 7 days at the latest.

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If you contact us by email, you can object to the storage of your personal data at any time. In such a case, the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data stored in the course of establishing contact will be deleted in this case.

Use of Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager. Through this service, website tags can be managed via an interface. Google Tag Manager merely implements tags. This means: no cookies are used, and no personal data is collected. Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation was made at the domain or cookie level, it remains in effect for all tracking tags, insofar as these are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

4.3   Google Analytics/AdWords

This website uses Google Analytics and Google AdWords including Google Analytics advertising features. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website.
Google Analytics is used exclusively with activated IP anonymization (so-called "IP masking"). This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, e.g., in the event of technical failures in Europe, will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
In the IP anonymization method used by Google, the full IP address is at no point written to a hard drive, as the entire anonymization takes place in the main memory almost immediately after receipt of the request.
The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide further services associated with website use and internet use, in particular functions for display advertising as well as Google Analytics reports, on performance according to demographic characteristics and interests to the website operator.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Under no circumstances will this involve personal data.
In the Google Analytics reports on performance by demographic characteristics and interests, data obtained via interest-based advertising from Google and visitor data from third-party providers (such as age groups or interest groups) are used.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: Download and install Google browser plugin

You can also prevent collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set that prevents future collection of your data when visiting this website: Disable Google Analytics

4.4   Use of YouTube

Our website uses components of the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

We use the "extended data protection mode" option provided by YouTube. As soon as you visit a page of our website on which videos are embedded, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. According to YouTube, the YouTube server is informed about which specific page of our website you visited when you watch a video. If you are also logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile.

You can prevent this possibility of assignment by logging out of your account beforehand.

4.5 Use of Google Maps

This website uses the "Google Maps" component for displaying site plans, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google".

Each time the "Google Maps" component is accessed, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand.
If you do not agree to this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the "Google Maps" service and thereby preventing the transmission of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the JavaScript function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use "Google Maps" or will only be able to use it to a limited extent. The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained via "Google Maps" is governed by the Google Terms of Service http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html as well as the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps" https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
